I have never had a problem getting an appointment. My husband and I use the online appointment booking and repeat prescription service. It's great. When I need to speak to a receptionist by telephone they are always very helpful and friendly. I have had appointments with a very lovely lady nurse practitioner. She was great. All in all this practice is brilliant and there is little they could do to improve.

GPs are always very helpful and the appointment system has always been great, never had to wait long to see a GP

I think kingthorne is a great Dr's surgery.receptionists always helpful and friendly.Dr's are nice and caring,you don't feel like they're trying to rush you in and out.only criticism would be that it can take a while to get a routine appointment especially if you wish to see a female Dr as they book up quickly.

no problem getting an appointment and pretty much always get seen on time I've been using this practice for 20 years and ive never had an issue

I got very good care at the practice. The group practice helped me to take good care of my help. Dr. N Tupper is my GP and he is always there when I need help. A Big thanks to everyone at the Surgery. Kind Regards. Tam K Nguyen
